Hosting

The site is a static website hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). To deliver pages and protect the service, Vercel processes technical request data such as your IP address, the time of access, the requested page, your browser and operating system. Legal basis: my legitimate interest in a secure and reliable website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel states that it is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which covers the transfer to the USA.

Analytics

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count visits. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. Visitors are told apart by a hash computed from the incoming request, and that visitor session is discarded after 24 hours. Only aggregated statistics remain: pages viewed, referring site, country, browser, operating system and device type. No profile is built and no data is combined across websites. Legal basis: my legitimate interest in knowing which content is read (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies and fonts

The site sets no cookies. Fonts are served from this website itself; no request goes to Google or any other font service.

Email

When you email me, I process your address and message to reply and, if we work together, to prepare and carry out that work (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). I keep messages for as long as the conversation or collaboration requires, and longer only where tax or other legal retention rules demand it.

Links to LinkedIn, GitHub and other sites are plain links. Those sites receive data only when you follow a link, under their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 15–21 GDPR). To exercise them, email hello@chilistudio.gr. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the country where you live; in Greece this is the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
